01Overview
Advise customers on Home Loan solutions based on income profile, property type, and eligibility
- Source and convert quality home loan leads into logins, sanctions, and disbursements
- Explain mortgage options including interest rates, tenure, EMI, and repayment structure:
- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth case processing
- Ensure accurate and complete KYC, income, and property documentation:
- Maintain continuous engagement with customers to ensure high service quality and referrals:
- Track case movement and updates through CRM / LOS / MIS systems:
- Ensure compliance with housing finance, credit policy, and regulatory guidelines:
- Support portfolio quality by sourcing low-risk, compliant mortgage cases
Compensation: 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month
