Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated HNI Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager to drive corporate sales and acquire HNI clients for General Insurance products. The ideal candidate should have solid networking skills, experience in corporate business development, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent HNI and corporate clients for General Insurance products.
Generate business through direct sales, networking, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.
Understand clients' insurance requirements and recommend suitable General Insurance solutions.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
Coordinate with internal underwriting and operations teams for seamless policy issuance and servicing.
Manage policy renewals, cross-selling, and upselling prospects.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
