01Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Product Team to enhance Holiday offerings and drive sustainablebusiness growth in the Zone.Ensure maximum lead-to-booking conversion at the branch level through effective customerengagement, timely follow-ups and consistent lead tracking by branches.Monitor daily sales performance of the Zone and implement timely corrective actions toensure target achievement.Represent the company at travel fairs, exhibitions and promotional events to strengthenBrand visibility.Drive lead generation through Holiday expos, Promotional campaigns and local marketinginitiatives.Identify emerging market opportunities and develop Holiday segments tailored to the needsof different customer groups.
02Requirements
Thorough product knowledge, strong market awareness and sound technical understandingof the Travel & Holidays business.Minimum 5+ years of experience in handling similar position with reputed companies.Minimum qualification is a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in travel & tourism).Candidate should possess a valid IATA certification. Hands-on expertise in CRS/GDSapplications such as Galileo, Amadeus, etc. will be an added advantage.
