Home Health Traditional Medicare Billing Specialist Inovalon Platform

We are hiring an experienced Home Health Traditional Medicare Billing Specialist with 35 years of hands-on Home Health billing experience and mandatory expertise in the Inovalon Platform. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Traditional Medicare billing, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and reimbursement processes while ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines. Key Responsibilities Submit and manage Traditional Medicare Home Health claims using the Inovalon Platform. Review billing documentation, including OASIS, CMS-485/Plan of Care, and physician documentation, for claim accuracy. Process NOA (Notice of Admission) and Final Claims in accordance with Medicare guidelines. Identify and resolve claim edits, RTPs (Return to Provider), denials, and billing exceptions. Perform payment posting, accounts receivable follow-up, and collection activities. Work closely with coding, clinical, intake, and authorization teams to resolve documentation and billing issues. Ensure compliance with CMS regulations, Medicare billing guidelines, and organizational quality standards.
