Job Summary
Home Loan Specialist to handle home loans, developer banking, and bank relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate home-loan approvals, disbursals, and collections with banks/NBFCs.
- Manage developer funding, working capital, and bank tie-ups.
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and timely follow-ups.
- Build and nurture bank relationships.
- Prepare MIS reports on disbursals and pending cases.
Requirements
- 2+ years in home loans/developer banking, preferably real estate.
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) for MIS.
