01Key Responsibilities
- Generate loan business through open-market sourcing.
- Acquire new customers and generate leads.
- Handle customer visits and relationship management.
- Sell and source loan products.
- Coordinate for documentation and application processing.
- Follow up with customers until loan processing/disbursement.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Relevant Experience:
Candidates with experience in Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, Personal Loan, Car Loan, Gold Loan or other Retail Loan Sales are preferred.
Work Profile:
This is a field-oriented role with approximately 50% field work and 50% office/branch work. Candidates should be comfortable working within a 10 KM radius of their assigned Bank of Baroda branch.
Compensation: 100,000.00 - 300,000.00 per year
