01Key Responsibilities
Field Sales (70%) Identify and connect with potential customers through direct visits, real estate agents, builders, and referral networks.Inside Sales (30%) Follow up with leads, handle customer queries, and assist clients through phone and email.Explain home loan products, eligibility criteria, and required documentation to customers.Assist in the loan application process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submissions.Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan approvals and disbursements.Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.Eligibility Criteria:Education: Any degree (No specific specialization required).Experience: Any sales experience (banking, insurance, real estate, FMCG, telecom, etc.) is preferred.
