01Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for home loans through field visits, referrals, builders, and property dealers.
- Identify and acquire recent customers for home loan products.
- Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment options.
- Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, property documents).
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for loan processing and disbursement.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
