01Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for prime home loans.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership & Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Relationship Managers (RMs), and Sales Officers.
- Monitor team performance and drive productivity through KPIs.
- Motivate and mentor the sales team for high performance.
Business Development
- Drive business growth by developing new channels (e.G., DSA, connectors, builders).
- Build and maintain robust relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
- Explore and onboard high-potential locations or geographies.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of home loan products, especially in the prime segment
- Deep understanding of mortgage lending, housing finance, and credit assessment
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities .
