HOME LOAN EXECUTIVE Company: V8 Realtors Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 13 Years preferred Job Overview We are looking for a Home Loan Executive to handle the loan coordination process for our real estate customers. The candidate will act as a bridge between customers, our sales team, and banks/NBFCs, ensuring smooth and timely home loan processing. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with customers who require home loans for property purchases.Understand the customer's basic loan requirements and financial profile.Coordinate with various banks and NBFCs for suitable loan options.Collect and organize customer KYC and financial documents.Share customer files with the appropriate bank/NBFC representatives.Follow up on loan applications, sanction letters, documentation and disbursement.Coordinate with customers, sales executives and bank representatives throughout the process.Track pending documents and ensure timely submission.Resolve basic loan-process queries and coordinate with the concerned bank/NBFC team for complex issues.Maintain regular updates of all active loan cases.Support the sales team in converting property bookings where home-loan assistance is required.Maintain good working relationships with bank/NBFC representatives.Candidate Requirements Experience in home loan coordination, real estate finance, banking, NBFC or mortgage processing preferred.Good understanding of the basic home loan process and documentation.Strong communication and follow-up skills.Good customer-handling ability.Should be comfortable coordinating with multiple banks/NBFCs.Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM.Target-oriented, responsible and proactive.Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.Key Performance Areas Number of loan cases handledLoan approval/sanction coordinationTimely disbursementCustomer serviceCoordination with banks/NBFCsSupport to the property sales teamWhat We Offer Salary + Performance IncentivesProfessional work environmentGrowth opportunitiesExposure to multiple banking & financial institutionsOpportunity to grow with V8 RealtorsPay: 9,088.87 - 50,490.21 per month Work Location: In person .
