Role Objective Build and scale the home loan vertical from scratch. Drive sourcing, partnerships, and customer conversion.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up lender partnerships (banks/NBFCs).Design loan journey (lead to disbursal).Work with sales team to convert property clients into loan customers.Build SOPs, pricing logic, and commission structures.Track funnel metrics: login, sanction, disbursal.Improve TAT and customer experience.Coordinate with ops, legal, and sales teams.Ideal Candidate Profile23 years experience in home loans / mortgage / BFSI.Experience in DSA, bank, or fintech lending setup.Strong understanding of loan process (login sanction disbursal).Good relationship skills with lenders.Execution-focused.
