Relationship Manager Home Loan / DSA Sales Job Title: Relationship Manager DSA Sales Industry: Banking / Financial Services Job Type: Full Time Department: Sales Job Description We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Relationship Manager for Home Loan / LAP Sales through DSA & Channel Partners. Key Responsibilities Generate business through DSA, connectors and channel partners. Source and acquire customers for Home Loan & LAP products. Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to login and disbursement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and DSA partners. Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. Coordinate with credit, operations and other internal teams for smooth processing. Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-up of cases. Identify new business opportunities and expand the DSA network. Candidate Requirements 14 years of relevant experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales. Experience in DSA / Channel Sales will be preferred. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Willingness to work in field sales. Target-oriented and self-motivated.
