Nexora Academy is looking for passionate and qualified faculty members to teach Hospital Administration and Human Resource Management (HRM) courses.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Master's Degree in Hospital Administration (MHA/MBA Hospital Administration) OR
Master's Degree in Human Resource Management (MBA HR/MHRM/MSW with HR Specialization)
Graduates with excellent knowledge will be considered
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior teaching or training experience in Hospital Administration or HRM.
Industry experience in hospitals, healthcare organizations, or corporate HR will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of healthcare management, HR practices, and current industry trends.
Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom and practical sessions.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessments.
Guide students on projects, assignments, and career development.
Maintain academic records and support curriculum development.
Compensation: Up to 20,000.00 per month
