About the Opportunity
Even Healthcare is a fast-growing healthcare services provider in India, delivering technology-driven patient care, revenue cycle management, and hospital operations support across urban and semi-urban clinics and hospitals. We re building a next-gen billing revenue integrity engine combining automation, compliance, and human expertise to reduce claim denials, accelerate reimbursements, and improve cash flow for our partner facilities.
Role Responsibilities
- Process patient registration, insurance verification, and charge entry with 99% accuracy across EMR/EHR systems.
- Generate and submit clean, compliant claims (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) to payers via web portals and clearinghouses.
- Track claim adjudication status, resolve denials or rejections by coordinating with coding, clinical, and payer teams.
- Perform patient billing reconciliation, post payments, adjustments, and maintain AR aging reports.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and escalate complex issues to senior billing specialists.
- Adhere to HIPAA, NABH, and internal audit protocols while maintaining patient data confidentiality.
