01Overview
The Hospital HR Operations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee records, attendance and payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee onboarding and separation processes, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The role ensures smooth HR functioning while maintaining compliance with healthcare industry standards and organizational policies.
- Coordinate recruitment documentation and pre-employment formalities.
- Conduct employee onboarding and hospital orientation programs.
- Prepare appointment letters, employment contracts, ID cards, and joining documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of employee induction and departmental orientation.
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HRMS records.
- Ensure accurate documentation of qualifications, licenses, certifications, and registrations of healthcare professionals.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and records.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and overtime.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding attendance discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Assist in payroll inputs, salary revisions, incentives, and full & final settlements.
Compensation: 25,000.00 - 31,576.10 per month
