Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and attendants.
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel doctor appointments.
Explain hospital services, departments, doctors, packages, and facilities.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments, tests, consultations, and treatments.
Generate and follow up on patient enquiries and leads.
Coordinate with doctors, reception, billing, diagnostic, and other departments.
Maintain accurate records of calls, patient enquiries, and follow-ups.
Handle patient queries politely and professionally.
Escalate medical or complex queries to the concerned doctor/department.
Make reminder and feedback calls to patients.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Achieve daily/monthly call and appointment targets.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Hindi and basic English communication.
Polite, patient, and professional attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups.
Prior hospital/healthcare telecalling experience will be an advantage.
Compensation: 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month
