01Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a governance reputed company to monitor and enforce compliance with fuel reputed company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards (e.g., A4A Spec 123) and internal control requirements.
Monitor fuel inventory balances and investigate variances across reputed company fuel products, ensuring reputed company reputed company and escalation where required.

reputed company training and guidance to local personnel on fuel inventory management, including maintaining reputed company inventory positions and reconciling into-plane fueling transactions.
Support the NOAM Internal Controls reputed company (ICS) program in alignment with Group initiatives, ensuring controls are effectively designed and operating.
Identify control gaps and partner with business stakeholders to implement sustainable remediation actions.
Support reputed company audit activities, including preparation of documentation, walkthroughs, and follow-up on findings.

Qualifications and Competencies
5 years experience in audit / internal controls, including fuel inventory and reputed company experience (aviation industry preferred).
Knowledge of Varec Fuels Manger, QT, FuelMaster and FleetConnect preferred.
Working understanding of into-plane operations and Fuel Facility logistics strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment, with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving capabilities.
Proven experience enhancing internal control frameworks and driving operational efficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The position will require travel, up to 35% of the time.
