01Responsibilities
v Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties v Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives v Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation and update records of new staff. v Performing Joining & Exit Formalities. v Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data. v Responsible for employee engagement activity conducted on occasionally & monthly or quarterly basis. v Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) v Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential. v Maintain calendars of the HR management team. v Coordinate training sessions , maintain training calender- skill matrix records v Submit reports on general HR activity. v Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews. v Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices. v Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc). v Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations. v Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) Qualification, Knowledge & Skills: v Degree in Human Resources v Proven experience as an HR Assistant. v Should be familiar with HRMS System. v Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations. v Effective HR administration and people management skills. v Exposure to payroll practices. v Full understanding of HR functions and best practices. v Excellent written and verbal communication skills. v Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. v Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools. .
