Responsibilities
**
- Manage the full lifecycle of Talent Acquisition, including requisitions, screening, interviews, salary proposals, and pre-joining formalities for dedicated roles. Collaborate with international hiring leaders and adapt to global requirements.
- Deliver seamless onboarding and induction experiences for new employees.
- Ensure accurate employee data management and provide support for HR systems administration, primarily using SAP SuccessFactors and PeopleStrong.
- Provide payroll inputs, maintain documentation, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Support promotions and internal mobility processes within the organization.
- Coordinate engagement, inclusion, and cultural activities across the site.
- Manage full offboarding processes, including documentation, coordination, and system updates.
- Provide daily HR operations support including benefits, insurance, PO/invoicing, and travel support.
- Ensure policy compliance and guide leaders and employees on HR standards.
**To succeed, you will need:**
- A University degree in HR or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience, ideally in a Generalist role covering various HR activities.
- Talent Acquisition experience with IT roles is a must-have.
- Experience working in an international environment and ability to support global leaders.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS is highly welcomed.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- High integrity and ability to manage confidential information.
- Attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative mindset and readiness to ensure mutual backup within the HR Advisor team.
