• Freshers: 15,000 20,000 per month
• Experienced Candidates: Up to 30,000 per month
  Salary will be based on skills, Excel proficiency, and relevant experience.

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Analyst who is highly proficient in Advanced Excel and has a strong analytical mindset. The candidate will work closely with the HR team to manage, analyse, and interpret employee data and convert it into meaningful reports and insights for better HR decision-making.

A basic understanding of HR processes and concepts will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain HR MIS, dashboards, trackers, and analytical reports.
• Analyse employee data related to attendance, attrition, recruitment, headcount, performance, and other HR metrics.
• Create automated and dynamic Excel reports for the HR team and management.
• Maintain accurate and updated HR databases and employee records.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and patterns in HR data and highlight key insights.
• Support the HR team in manpower planning and workforce analysis.
• Prepare periodic reports such as headcount reports, attrition analysis, recruitment reports, attendance reports, and employee movement reports.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy before reporting.
• Work with the HR team to improve existing reporting processes and reduce manual work.
• Assist in developing data-driven HR dashboards and presentations for management.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of employee-related information.
• Support other HR analytics and reporting requirements as needed.
