Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making processes.
Generate regular reports and dashboards related to recruitment, retention, training, and employee performance.

Support HR systems and ensure data accuracy across employee records.
Collaborate with HR leadership to develop strategic workforce plans.

Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
ExperienceNo prior experience required this role is specifically designed for freshers.
Internship or academic project experience in HR or data analysis is a plus.
Working HoursFull-Time: 40 hours per week
