DESCRIPTION:
Join our HR Shared Services team, where you'll contribute to delivering HR support across the employee lifecycle. As an HR Analyst I, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support while ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. Working with HR technologies and systems, you'll handle employee inquiries, maintain accurate records, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the colleague experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
4-5 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Shared Services with end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) process exposure
Proven experience supporting HR processes including onboarding, employee data management, employee lifecycle transactions, benefits administration, payroll support, and offboarding
Hands-on experience managing and supporting multi-country benefits and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of employee queries across global regions
Experience working with global HR policies, country-specific regulations, and vendor partners for benefits and payroll administration
Relevant professional HR certifications are advantageous
Strong hands-on experience in driving process improvements and automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Automate
Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation, workforce analytics, reporting, and data visualization
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macros-enabled workbooks, VBA automation, complex formulas, pivot tables, reporting automation, and data analysis
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, and case management systems
Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good working knowledge of HR practices, employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, payroll operations, and employment regulations
Professional fluency in English required; additional language skills are advantageous
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while consistently delivering high-quality results and meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
