Key responsibilities:
- Payroll management
- Statutory / Labour Compliance
- Recruitment through placements agencies, online portals, inhouse referrals
- Support Hire to retire documentation.
- Support Employee Engagement activities.
- Support training and development activities.
- Attendance management
- Disbursement of Salary Slips to all employees, across the organization all the units
- Mediclaim Insurance - New Employee Enrollment and Left Employee removal intimations, Claim Processing
- Management of Petty cash
- Insurance Policies maintenance, records, renewals, claims
- Hotel accommodation Arrangements, Travel arrangements.
Requirements :
Masters / Bachelors degree in Human Resource or related field.
- Good time management skill
- Minimum 2-3 years experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask
- Ability in work in a team environment
- Good Computer Skills (MS Office, Word, Powerpoint, Vlookup)
