Key Responsibilities
**
- **Human Resources Compliance Policy Management:**
- Regularly review and update the Employee Handbook and Company Policies for legal compliance and alignment with company values.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, equipment setup, and orientation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, leave, and workplace concerns.
- **Recruitment Talent Acquisition:**
- Source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct initial phone screenings to identify top-tier talent.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads.
- Assist in drafting offer letters and conducting background checks.
- **Payroll Benefits Execution:**
- Coordinate with finance and accounting for accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
- Maintain digital employee records, attendance, leave balances, and bonus structures.
- Oversee health insurance enrollments and other company-sponsored perks.
- **Office Administration Operations Facilities Management:**
- Ensure the office is well-stocked, organized, and functioning smoothly by managing vendors, cleaners, and repairs.
- Handle basic document filing, official correspondence, and travel arrangements for executives.
- **Culture Event Management:**
- Conceptualize and execute monthly office events, team-building retreats, and holiday parties.
- Draft company-wide announcements to keep the team engaged and informed.

Qualifications Required
**
- 4-8 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Office Management role.
