This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers and recent graduates to gain real-world experience in Talent Acquisition within the IT recruitment space. Responsibilities Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn and various job portals. Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups efficiently. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases. Provide support for day-to-day IT recruitment activities. Requirements Freshers or recent graduates with a strong interest in HR and Recruitment. Educational background in MBA HR, BBA, B.Com, BA, or related fields. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in an in-office, full-time capacity for 6 months. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic recruitment environment. .
