01Overview
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage employee data in Workday, ensuring accuracy and completeness of personnel records.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to process recent hire onboarding, including setup of benefits, payroll, and other HR-related tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to employee inquiries regarding their employment status, benefits, or other HR-related matters.
- Analyze reports from Workday to identify trends and areas for improvement in the employee life cycle.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in an HR Shared Services role or similar function.
- Proficiency in Workday system administration and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of employee life cycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits administration. .
