Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in HR functions, preferably within the IT industry, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing and attendance management.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and reports.
- Coordinate training, meetings, and performance review processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience (experience in IT industry is an added advantage).
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (Graduation mandatory).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality. .
