01Overview
1.The Assistant Manager HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee onboarding, and HR compliance.
2.The role requires close coordination with business leaders to ensure timely hiring and smooth HR processes.
Required Candidate profile
1.Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
2 .Minimum 36 years of experience in HR, preferably in the Life Insurance industry.
3.Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations. .
