Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive Company: Rill India Group Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office) Job Summary Rill India Group is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle queries, maintain customer records, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries through calls, messages, and emails.
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Follow up with existing customers regarding services and support.Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer service.Prepare daily reports and maintain proper records.Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements - Graduate in any stream.
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.Customer handling and problem-solving skills.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Freshers can also apply.
