We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can partner with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives and build a high-performance culture. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner / Senior HR Business Partner to support business leaders in achieving organizational goals through strategic HR practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, stakeholder management, HR operations, and HR analytics. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives. Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution. Support performance management, goal setting, and appraisal processes. Lead talent management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for business decision-making. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning. Support HR projects and continuous process improvements. Required Qualifications MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification. HRBP: 35 years of relevant HR experience. Senior HRBP: 58 years of relevant HR experience. Experience in IT/IT Services or Technology organizations is preferred. Strong understanding of: HR Business Partnering Employee Relations Performance Management Stakeholder Management HR Operations Talent Management HR Analytics Employment Laws and Compliance Preferred Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to influence stakeholders and manage change. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS tools.
