Job Description
Drive business development and convert client needs into strategic consulting engagements. Lead and deliver HR projects. Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality outcomes. Design tailored solutions and support pre-sales proposals. Mentor junior team members and oversee project execution. Contribute to thought leadership through content and events.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate is a 2017 or earlier MBA graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute, with prior consulting experience or a strong interest in transitioning into consulting. Candidates from non-consulting backgrounds must have relevant experience in the BFSI sector. They should be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate. Business development orientation is essential. .
