01Key Responsibilities
HR:
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll processing for staff and labour
Handle recruitment and onboarding, including KYC documentation
Set up and maintain employee bank accounts/salary accounts
Enforce office policies, discipline, and conduct standards
Maintain employee records and statutory compliance (PF/ESI, etc.)
Accounts:
Maintain daily cash book and bank reconciliation
Process supplier, staff, and labour payments (maker-checker process)
Manage debtors list and collection follow-up
Handle GST/TDS compliance and monthly filings
Prepare and update partner/company balance sheets and MIS reports
Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits
Process & Documentation:
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR and accounts functions
Help formalize and document workflows across departments to standardise company processes
02Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/HR (CA/CMA/MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in trading/manufacturing
Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and payroll systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle both people management and financial operations independently
Experience creating or maintaining SOPs/process documentation is a plus
Salary: Based on experience (negotiable)
Compensation: 14,368.64 - 45,578.37 per month
