Analyze existing HR workflows and perform gap analysis to identify opportunities for workflow transformation, automation, and efficiency improvements.Utilize statistical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel to identify, interpret, and analyze patterns and trends in large and complex data sets, driving insights for diagnosis and prediction.Develop and update process documentation, work instructions, and other tools to support streamlined HR execution.Collaborate with global Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create interactive HR metrics dashboards for cross-functional teams.Analyze regional and global HR trends that impact the industry and organization, providing actionable insights to leadership.Prepare comprehensive analysis reports, ensuring stakeholders understand the data analysis steps, and enable them to make data-driven decisions.Support the design, implementation, and optimization of key HR processes through data insights and reporting.Qualifications:3-6 years of experience in process analysis, dashboard design, and data analytics, particularly in the HR domain.Proficiency in metrics and dashboard development using Advanced Excel, Power BI, VBA, or MS Access.Hands-on experience with data feeds, data reconciliation, and database management.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present these findings clearly to stakeholders.Expertise in VBA add-ins for MS applications and Advanced SQL for relational databases.Ability to present data in a user-friendly format through easy-to-understand dashboards for various cross-functional teams.Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while ensuring timely delivery.Experience working with HRMS platforms like PeopleSoft and Workday is a plus.Strong communication and collaboration skills with an ability to engage with cross-functional teams globally.Desired Skills:Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.Expertise in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and MS Access.Hands-on experience with SQL databases and data manipulation.Ability to work independently and present status updates to management with minimal supervision.Email: [HIDDEN TEXT] .
