HR Data Analytics Trainee (Mumbai)

Job Title: HR Analytics Trainee Department: HR Location: Mumbai Role Summary: We are looking for someone who has robust analytical skills, proficiency into data crunching, and the ability to convert complex data into meaningful visual reports. The person should be forthcoming, proactive, and a strong team player. Assist in drawing insights which would help management to make informed, data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage HR dashboards using Power BI or other similar tools Conduct data analysis and reporting, related to HR metrics Convert raw data into clear, actionable insights that can be used for decision- making within the HR department Design and automate HR reports Work closely with HR leaders and HR folks to understand data requirement and deliver appropriate insights Develop advanced excel models to perform data analysis and support HR initiatives Handle audit queries, Ad Hoc request from leaders, and prepare data for regulatory reporting Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI Knowledge of scripting language such as R Programming / Python will be preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex data with accuracy Ability to work independently and as a part of team .
