HR Executive & Digital Marketing (Bavdhan)

Job description Position: HR Executive & Digital Marketing Experience: 13 Years Education: Bachelors / Masters Degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field Job Location: Bavdhan, Pune Job Summary VerveTronics, a Pune-based company providing Embedded & IoT Product Development Services, with expertise in Functional Safety (FuSa), RAMS, Embedded Hardware & Software, and Remote Monitoring IoT Products, is looking for an HR Executive to manage core HR, recruitment, employee engagement, and support the companys digital marketing activities. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding - Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. - Handle onboarding, appointment letters, induction, and exit interviews. - Source candidates through job portals, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and databases. HR Core Functions - Implement and manage HR policies and procedures. - Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and recruitment records. - Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment documentation. Payroll & Compliance - Support payroll and salary calculations. - Manage employee verification, employment contracts, and compliance documentation. - Coordinate with relevant teams for payroll and employee-related queries. Performance & Employee Engagement - Support performance appraisals and reward programs. - Organize employee engagement and team-building activities. - Handle and resolve employee grievances professionally. Digital Marketing - Manage Social Media, SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, and digital campaigns. - Create engaging content and maintain the companys digital presence. - Support brand promotion and online visibility. - Track campaign performance, engagement, and KPIs. Technical Requirements - Good knowledge of Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll, and HRMS. - Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment platforms. - Knowledge of Social Media, SEO/SEM, and Email Marketing. - Familiarity with Canva / Adobe tools is an advantage. - Basic knowledge of digital analytics and content management.
