You have been selected for the position of HR Executive at BDreamz Global Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a HR Executive, your responsibilities will include:- Managing the candidate data efficiently- Recruiting new candidates for training events- Scheduling training event timings for registered candidates- Receiving references from registered candidates- Shortlisting valid candidates and scheduling interviews for IT companies- Searching for new companies from different locations such as Chennai and Bangalore- Coordinating with old clients- Recruiting employees and consulting workRegarding the salary details, for the first 3 months, you will receive a salary ranging from 15,000 to 18,000 INR. After the successful completion of 3 months, your salary will be 18,000 INR per month with yearly hikes, along with a 6,000 INR incentive and a 25,000 INR annual bonus, making the total CTC 2,94,000 INR.
