JOB DESCRIPTION HR EXECUTIVE Designation: HR Executive Salary: Starting from 10,000 per month Main Responsibilities Maintain daily employee attendance and leave records.Prepare attendance data for payroll processing.Assist with salary and payroll-related work.Handle and maintain ESI and PF-related employee records and documentation.Support employee registration, updates, and other ESI/PF formalities.Handle recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, calling candidates, scheduling interviews, and follow-up.Maintain employee and candidate records.Perform other basic HR-related tasks assigned by Management.Requirements Basic knowledge of Excel and computer applications.Good communication and coordination skills.Basic knowledge of attendance, payroll, ESI, PF, and recruitment.Freshers or candidates with relevant experience can apply.Salary: Starting from 10,000 per month, with future growth based on performance.
