HR EXECUTIVE (FROM ECOMMERCE INDUSTRY)

About The Opportunity A fast-scaling tech-led HR services firm operating at the intersection of Talent Operations and Digital Workforce Enablement, we partner with high-growth e-commerce brands to streamline hiring, onboarding, and employee experience at scale. Our team builds agile people processes that support rapid scaling, remote-first cultures, and data-driven people decisions all while maintaining the human touch that drives retention and performance. Role & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end hiring for mid-level roles across e-commerce domains sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build job descriptions, and align on candidate evaluation criteria.Onboard new hires with seamless documentation, system access, and orientation ensuring 100% compliance with HR policies.Track and report key HR metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, onboarding completion) using HRIS tools.Support payroll, leave, and attendance tracking acting as the first point of contact for employee queries.Coordinate with internal teams to roll out employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs.
