Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and executing seamless onboarding programs.Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, advise on conflict mediation, and conduct fair investigations into workplace complaints.Performance Management: Coordinate performance review cycles, assist managers in goal-setting, and track employee development and training needs.Compliance & Policy Administration: Maintain personnel records, enforce company guidelines, and ensure strict adherence to local labor laws.Compensation & Benefits: Process payroll, administer benefits (e.g., health insurance, provident fund), and address staff inquiries regarding compensation.Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (e.g., MBA or MSW).Experience: Freshers can applySkills: Strong working knowledge of local employment/labor laws, proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) platforms, and outstanding conflict resolution and communication skills.Compensation: 12,000.00 - 14,000.00 per month
