01Key Responsibilities

Talent Management & Succession Planning Support the execution of talent identification, assessment, and succession planning processes.Coordinate talent review discussions and maintain talent-related documentation and dashboards.Assist in implementing talent development initiatives and tracking progress.Employee Engagement Plan and execute employee engagement programs and culture-building initiatives.Monitor employee feedback through surveys and connect forums, analyze insights, and support action planning.Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving employee experience, retention, and organizational culture.Learning & Development Coordinate end-to-end learning and development programs across functions.Ensure timely nominations, participation, and completion of training programs.Track training effectiveness, maintain learning records, and identify capability-building opportunities.Rewards & Recognition Drive Rewards & Recognition initiatives such as GEMS, Kudos, and other recognition platforms.Ensure timely execution of recognition programs and promote a culture of appreciation.Track program effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance employee participation.HR Analytics & Reporting Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports.Analyze data related to attrition, engagement, learning, and talent metrics.Generate actionable insights to support business and HR decision-making.Process Excellence Support HR process improvement initiatives through data analysis, process mapping, and gap identification.Recommend and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.GPTW (Great Place to Work) Initiatives Coordinate and drive Great Place to Work (GPTW) projects and engagement activities.Support survey planning, communication, action tracking, and implementation of improvement initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen workplace culture and employer branding. Preferred Candidate Profile Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline.MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources (HR) is preferred.Experience 02 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Organization Development (OD), Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Employee Engagement.Functional & Technical Skills Basic proficiency in MS Excel and HR analytics.Understanding of Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement practices.Strong coordination, planning, and execution skills.Ability to interpret HR data and generate meaningful insights.Behavioral Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong execution, ownership, and follow-through.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.Proactive approach and willingness to take initiative.Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills.Strong business acumen with a solution-oriented mindset.High attention to detail and organizational skills. .
