HR Executive (Immediate Joiners) MBA Preferred

Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.to ensure adequate staff as per manpower plan are available at the unitsto conduct regular employee engagement actvitiesManaging all day-to-day HR administration tasks; ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and up to dateConduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.Creating employee training materials under the guidance of the learning and development managerTaking full responsibility for daily attendance recordsAssisting with monthly payroll and resolving payment issuesPreparing job offer emails and employment offer contractsSupporting the development of performance review processes and reward schemesEnsure compliance with labour regulations.Qualifications: MBA(HR) Mandatory ( 2025 passed out can apply for freshers) Languages: English, Hindi, Telugu Job Type: Full-time Compensation: 17,000.00 - 33,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
