We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Executive who is eager to build a career in IT Recruitment. Key Responsibilities Source and identify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.Screen resumes based on client requirements.Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).Candidates currently pursuing graduation are not eligible.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.Candidates with strong English communication and interpersonal skills will be given preference.Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for recruitment.Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.Work Location Sector 142, Noida.Candidates must be able to commute to the office daily.Working Days Monday to Friday.Alternate Saturdays are working.Preferred Candidate Immediate joiners only.Candidates with strong communication, confidence, and a professional attitude will be preferred.Candidates residing in Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad, or nearby locations will be preferred.Candidate must have his / her personal laptopWhat We Offer Competitive salary with attractive performance incentives.Hands-on experience in IT Recruitment and Staffing.Training and career growth opportunities.Professional and supportive work environment.Opportunity to work with leading IT clients across India.Apply Now!
