bout the Role
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with 13 years of HR experience who wants to grow into a well-rounded HR generalist role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers
- Handle new hire onboarding and induction programs
- Maintain and update employee records (HRIS/HRMS)
- Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Support performance management processes and documentation
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and grievances
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 13 years of experience in an HR role (recruitment, HR operations, or generalist)
- Working knowledge of HRIS/HRMS tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PGDHRM)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
