HR Generalist - Business Partner

** - Provide advice and guidance to employees and managers - Communicate and champion changes to HR processes and procedures within the business - Offer HR advice and support to business employees in all areas of staff management and employment - Work with HR Operations team to resolve high impact and complex employee relations issues - Ensure policy and process governance across the function - Support HRBP in driving engagement, retention, and improving employee experience - Assist in induction and onboarding processes for the business - Develop and implement HR communication plan, employee surveys, and ensure closure of feedback loop - Support HRBP in Function/pillar wide HR projects and execute initiatives - Collaborate with the wider HR team to resolve employee relations issues - Work on reports, dashboards, and metrics related to HR engagement events, projects, attrition tracking, and Early Warning System management **

** - Relevant experience of at least 5+ years in an HR generalist role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze factual data - Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel for handling employee and compensation data - Good organizational skills with attention to detail - Proactive and initiative-driven - Degree/Certification in HR The company is urgently hiring for this role, and candidates available for joining within 0-30 days are strongly preferred.
