Role Overview
Seeking an experienced HR leader to head and centralize HR Operations across multiple business verticals, including APAC staffing, US staffing, Solutions, and an AI platform business. The role requires building standardized processes while managing business-specific variations, and mentoring HR teams across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR Operations & Administration across India and global-aligned teams
- Design, standardize, and optimize HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks across multiple business units
- Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, engagement, performance management, compliance, and exits
- Drive process alignment while accommodating different business models (staffing, solutions, AI platform)
- Mentor and guide HR teams supporting different verticals
- Oversee HR compliance, audits, and documentation
- Collaborate with leadership for organizational planning and HR strategy execution
- Support (not lead) Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed
Key Requirements
- 1015+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Leadership roles
- Strong exposure to staffing/recruitment organizations (US/APAC staffing preferred)
- Proven experience in handling multi-business HR environments
- Expertise in policy design, SOP creation, and HR governance
- Robust leadership and team mentoring capabilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing setup .
