01Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.Handle recruitment, interviews, onboarding and manpower planning.Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR documentation.Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes.Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.Manage performance appraisal, KRAs/KPIs and employee development.Plan and coordinate training and employee engagement activities.Ensure applicable labour law and statutory compliance.Prepare HR MIS, headcount, attrition and recruitment reports.Manage HR team and coordinate with all departments.Handle resignation, exit formalities and Full & Final coordination.Support management in HR strategy and organizational development.Compensation: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
