Job Description : HR Recruiter Intern Position: HR Recruiter Intern Employment Type: Internship / Full-Time Location: Pune Industry: IT Training & Education Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our team at an IT Training Institute. The intern will support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and assisting with the overall recruitment process. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals who want to build a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment . Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Contact candidates and explain job opportunities and interview processes. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Assist in conducting initial candidate screening and basic HR interviews. Coordinate with the internal team to understand hiring requirements. Maintain proper records of candidate interactions and interview status. Support the HR team in daily recruitment and talent acquisition activities. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes. Ability to communicate confidently with candidates. Good follow-up and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Willingness to learn and develop a career in HR and recruitment. EligibilityFreshers and candidates pursuing or having completed a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field can apply.
