01Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.Post job openings on various platforms and manage job advertisements.Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills and qualifications.Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies and processes.Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as social media posts or career fairs.
02Requirements
