In this role, you will be the right hand to the Founder of Fuelerate, a fast-growing growth partner for Shopify brands. The work you do will directly shape the team, remove chaos, and free up the Founders time so the company can scale faster.

Responsibilities
run hiring end-to-end
write and post job ads
screen and shortlist candidates
schedule and coordinate interviews
support onboarding/offboarding
maintain hiring dashboards and KPIs
improve processes, not just follow them
organize priorities and follow-ups
support inbox and calendar organization
send contracts and documents
update Google Sheets and trackers
book flights/travel when needed
take work off the Founders plate before being asked
Requirements
experience in HR / recruiting / people ops
experience as Executive Assistant or Operations support
strong English (written + spoken)
strong Google Sheets ability
proactive, independent working style
comfort in fast-moving environments
Nice-to-haves
agency/startup experience
ClickUp/ATS experience
KPI/dashboard experience
