Job Description:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Oversee onboarding processes and ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Address and mediate employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution and company policies.
Foster a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
Assist in the performance management process, including setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
Support employee development and training initiatives.
Compliance and Record-Keeping:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare and manage HR-related reports and metrics.
Benefits Administration:
Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, claims, and inquiries.
Manage relationships with benefits providers and handle administrative tasks related to benefits.
HR Systems and Processes:
Administer and optimize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR systems.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor and improve HR processes and workflows to ensure effectiveness.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
Participate in and contribute to HR projects such as organizational development, employee engagement programs, and process improvements.
Stay informed on HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in HR operations. .
